SURF & SWELL


Surf Group
This group is designed for swimmers that are profecient at the 4 strokes and that can swim multiple laps on a time interval. This group will focus on proper techniques, sprint work, and drill set's to strenghen and improve stroke/speed as well as dry land workouts. Kickboard, pull buoy, paddles, fins, shoes, socks, athletic wear will be required for this group. This group will work out 4 day's a week. Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-6:00pm.
Classes are $250 for 8 weeks per swimmer.

Swell Group
This group will be focusing on fundamentals of all 4 strokes as well as introduction to flip-turns and starts off blocks and finishes. Kickboards and Fins are required for this group. These classes will be 4 days a week Mon-Thurs. 3:30pm-4:30pm.
Classes are $250 for 8 weeks per swimmer.
